Forgot to put a bunch of useful info in my original post:
Semikarakorsk is UTC+3, sunrise at 0635 local time (0335 UTC) and sunset at 0617 local time (0317 UTC). (Times for Mar 12, not Mar 10/11, but its close enough).
Taking that into account, it is reasonable that it could've been in here for at least part of the time, I'd say up until 03:41:19. After that it would seem to be too much sun over there. But then.... I don't know. With 3 other stations on the same frequency over here, I'd say they're all bad decodes disguised as Russia.
We'll put this set of decodes firmly in the category of maybe.
