1940z: Music and comedy bits, right at noise level.
1950z: Sounds like TV or radio comedy show with laugh track, "...at 8/7 Central..."?
2003z: Reggae-ish song
20016z: More reggae
2020z: Partial ID, only able to copy word "Radio" here.  Got tip from another DXer via IRC this is Outhouse Radio, but couldn't copy that clearly here.
2024z: Just heard clear Outhouse Radio ID, sounded like computer voice, during either a big signal jump or audio level boost.
