SDR recording catch. Generally an SIO 322, with quite a bit of static from t-storms.

0040 Various tones/beeps
0041 More tones, electronic music?
0042 "This is a test from Orbital Mind Control Satellite" repeated
0047 Short sweep sound, then beeping and an ID again by an OM "This is a test from Orbital Mind Control Satellite, don't be alarmed, this is only a test"
0049 Off? Seems so.
