Two items of note:
St Paul (864) went off the air at 04:50:01 and still off the air as of 23:30.
Wisconsin Pt (830) went off at 18:37:33, returned at 20:52:57 to 20:59:10, and off again until 22:00:03 when it came back and still on as of 23:30:11.

Neither of these outages noted on USCG's site, so a report was sent.

Wisconsin Pt appeared in the overnight recordings last night, but no sign of St Paul. Nothing on the USCG page about either station when I just checked.
Too bad this didn't happen on a night with low static levels.

Received a response from the USCG. They confirmed the outage for Wisconsin Pt & my times, and they also stated they didn't post the notice. However, they did not see an outage for St Paul and when they checked it was fine.

St Paul showed up here at Apr 04, 2017 UTC 12:04:37 (their email was sent around 14:00 UTC, so if they checked shortly before that, then it was indeed operational).
