Hearing some unusual sounds at the moment 22:51UTC fair conditions at the moment I assume that this is The Unknown Radio Network just by the music that I am able to discern. Hearing music unable to identify music shazam does not seem to work well with noise on the band. Signal is good just so much noise but hearing music with horns playing at 23:08UTC. Heard a male dee jay speaking earlier!

Oddly, the music was faint and unusable from 0042, when I tuned-in, until an ID by a female announcer at 0054 which was clear and crisp and easily understood.  When the music resumed, it was faint and unusable again.  At 0101, the music remains faint and unusable.  A carrier spike is about 20 dB above the noise.
