A few weeks ago around the 1200z hour, there was a CW beacon message on loop.  Also during that time, another CW message was a few hz off 3845.  One of these referenced a west coast location.  If it's the same station, this could fall under the 'hams behaving badly' title.
Default RX location is Wisconsin using various wire antennas. Other RX will be noted.

Could be. That title is currently referencing the clowns on 7200 so it could have it's own thread if the day comes.
