SDR recording catch. Highly variable, from SIO 333 down to complete fade outs.
1348 sign on, relay of a VHF NOAA weather radio station. Mentions of Newport, and Washington and Oregon states.
1412 Mention of the Portland Oregon NWS office, 162.500 MHz frequency.
1436 Off or faded out.
1504 Nope, back again! Quite weak.
1517 Some digital mode heard.
1541 Audio heard, quite weak.  Sounds like a rebroadcast of a ham QSO?
1719 Still noted with a weak carrier.
