Hearing faint electronic dance music / techno beats on 6950 AM, carrier appeared at 1904 UTC.

S3 at best

1910 UTC - signal jumped up a little bit, heard YL vocals over beats, then back down into the noise
1913 UTC - another track playing now, sounds like a DJ mix of some kind
1915 UTC - pronounced YL vocals with electronic beats in background
1916 UTC - another fade down into the noise
1917 UTC - signal up again, hearing another track with up-shifted YL vocals
1918 UTC - very rapid fade or off

Weak here on the SDR recording. Actually not a bad signal strength, but perhaps the modulation was low?
