He may currently be the most famous man on shortwave. Between him and that screaming preacher guy.

WWCR 9980 kHz is one of the loudest SW BC stations, consistantly, right up there with WWV, WBCQ and WRMI, one of the stations I can consistently hear inside my house with my cheap Chinese analog throwaway shortwave radio on the stock telescopic whip antenna.  9980 kHz usually comes in 10 to 20 db over S9 easy.

I wonder how much lower the noise floor would be and how many other stations we'd hear if (when) R.G. Stair / Brother Stair stops paying all these stations the money they need to stay on the air.  Now, I fully support this guy's right to take poor fools and convince them to give him all their money and possessions and use that money to yell at people via shortwave broadcast, but I'd rather those transmitters go quiet and give me the opportunity to hear other (read: more interesting) stations.

Ralph is 84. Ranting, raving, and chasing underage girls is hard on a man that age. It caught up to my old man at 83 only a mere year after he married his fourth wife, a woman just two years older than me at the time. A seventeen year old would have sent him on to his reward in under a month now that they have pecker pills.

Be careful Ralph, and go easy on the blue pills! You saw what they and that porn star wife did to Dr. Gene Scott.
