0139 UTC- Signal is S9 in WNY but audio is not strong. Playing blues.

SDR recording catch. A good signal here from 0136 sign on, SIO 444. A few breaks in the transmission as he was getting things going.  Started with the same music/talk about pirate radio I heard earlier in the evening on 6850, so my guess of Captain Morgan there was correct  ;D
