0059 UTC - Playing Pencil Neck Geek, SIO 555 in WNY.
0100 UTC - Newscast
0115 UTC - Timtron back on the air,
Will be on the air until 0200 UTC.

Decided to check out 3250 based on this report, as it's a WBCQ frequency I have never copied. There's a very rough signal there on my PL-600 with its whip antenna. (My bigger loop, which can tune almost that low, is in the shop so 90m listening is restricted to built in antennas for me.) Not bad given that it's still not dusk yet. Will check again in 1/2 an hour.

According to the WBCQ Program Guide .... "This frequency is currently being used for experimental test transmissions."
 Allan Weiner Tweeted that Radio Timtron is on special tonight,  testing new system from 8PM -10PM EST or 0000 UTC - 0200 UTC.
