2253 station with unknown music, no announcements so far at 2300,

weak signal, noisy, ut., (also Brasil on 6925 LSB)

edit :
- heard here in W. Europe
- also 2307-2310 and off
- not a utility, or quite local : power line home network using up to 6950 kHz (most stop at 6900)
- thanks to Mr Moderator for grouping with the other reports
(though : is there any sign that the new transmission is from the same station as the previous one ?)
