0311 UTC - Been monitoring this CW for a while. signal is S7 in WNY. Started out as VVV DE 4XZ 4XZ. Using fldigi to decode the CW.
0318 UTC - Station ID VVV DE 4XZ 4XZ was repeated.
0326 UTC - Station ID VVV DE 4XZ 4XZ was repeated.
0329 UTC - Station ID VVV DE 4XZ 4XZ was repeated.
0332 UTC - Station ID VVV DE 4XZ 4XZ was repeated.
0338 UTC - Station ID VVV DE 4XZ 4XZ was repeated.

A regular logging this way, from time to time you will hear it send high speed data and coded CW also.  Israeli Defence Force at Haifa, Israel.
