Poor reception in English....noise, fades

1729z IS just over noise
1730z OM "Welcome to Vatican Radio"  YL "This is our half hour program"
Lost transmission under noise shortly after being welcomed to program.
1745z Bits of music coming through the noise.  Truly disappointing, reception at 1645z in Tigrinya was very good but at a more favorable azimuth - 340 vs. 168 now.
