Some test transmission on 9650, music and repeated messages, asked for a report emailed to transmissiontest@gmail.com so I did. This address has been used by the BBC before.

Cuban splatterbox relay of China on 9570 is 50 kHz wide, or worse.

There was a JA station booming in on 40M about 46 minutes after sunrise this morning.
