This signal was up and down many times for a few seconds each time, also the op was slewing the VFO while the transmitter was on.  And it hit 6905 USB for a second or two.

Nice audio and decent signal into the Mojave Desert tonight.  Has a Pee Wee feel to it, but not sure.
