2101 Strong carrier for a minute or two, and now some music being heard.
2124 ID which I missed, and Blue Ridge Summit drop. Went back and listened to the SDR recording, it was RCCI, Radio Comedy Club International. So I am assuming this is a relay of this very old pirate.
