About S7 here in the Boston burbs at 1847z. Weird looping music/sound effects/announcements.

This same program is on 6375.  Said in announcement earlier that it was an experiment to find new pirate frequencies.  OK new station came on "Voice of Pastroto" and woman said, "remove your testicle immediately", opera music and cw ID's. Pirates Week after WBNY relay ID.  Announcement said "WBNY will QSL for relays to POB 1 belfast.

6900 - SIO444 audio is top notch
6375 - SIO343 audio not as sharp as 6900
