Fair to good copy on their Issoudun relay. Today's music seems to be Strauss waltzes.
I'm just going to take a moment to say that this is one of my favorite bits of shortwave broadcasting. NHK is on 1700-1900 on this frequency and also from Yamata on 13720, which for me is an everyday copy in the spring and summer months. This particular broadcast features western music (well, once in a while it will be Japanese or other Eastern, but it's western 98% of the time), which can be anything from classical, jazz, or rock, to showtunes, songs from Disney films, or anything else. It's always a fun listen even though my ignorance of Japanese is just about total. If you're kind of bored with scanning the bands between 1700 and 1900, this is a good place to stop.
(I think they're playing something by Lizst now, at 1721.)
