UNID 6910 USB 2330 UTC 21 Feb 2018
« on: February 22, 2018, 1331 UTC »
I was doing some other things when I saw an
interesting looking signal on 6910. I clicked on it
but didn't even scribble a quick note so I'm
guessing at the time - note to self: next time
at least grab a screenshot so you will have a
timestamp!

~2330 - electronic mx, sounded like mostly beeps
and bops, similar to R2-D2 sounds put to
mx. I may have heard an ID of "Robot Radio"???
A good signal here but was gone by ~2350 or so.
I'm surprised no one else noted this one but
the time was around dinner and evening nx time.

"Who are you?" :)

Dunno, but 6910 is a MARS frequency and if it was a pirate, the hams would be complaining to FCC. There are some frequencies in 41 meters, better to just avoid.  :P Also they would complain to the communications director for whatever branch of military that group is associated with. It would not necessarily have to be direct interference. FCC goes entirely on complaints .
Not much in that band that could get the complaints going with exception of 6910
