Picked up on it here in SW AL during the Bang On The Drum song.  Audio's pretty weak here, about s3.  Heard an ID for Pancho Villa just a few minutes ago (~2316) then off the air.  2330 I'm hearing frequency sweeps, dunno if that's related.
