DGPS Oostende, 312kHz is back on-air

Since this morning, coastal DGPS beacon Oostende on 312khz is back on-air. Obviously here (less than 100km away) with a massive signal...
Perhaps with good condx can be decoded on  the other side of the ocean ?

Perhaps if we have another great opening like last month. Although now that we're almost in Spring, time for great DGPS DX is slipping away.
