I heard some music at 03:48UTC but was not able to identify and then was off at 03:53UTC male speaker. There was a old man speaking too!

As of 0402z back on. Hard for me to understand what is being said, voice is muffled and there is background music.
SSTV image sent 0422z.
The second SSTV image is not a close up of the first but its own image. Station went off with no id.
