0350z: Sounded like monologue or narrative mixed with music, only able to copy a few words every minute or so, something about Los Angeles and "men with automatic weapons".

Ah, that may have been Undercover Radio.  That's Dr. Benway's signature line, and the voice and pacing did sound a bit like him.  Just couldn't quite copy anything clearly enough to be sure.
