Transmitting on 6185 KHZ @ 02:57 UTC  6 May 2018 (21:57 CDT local 5 May 2018) from Mexico City in Spanish.  Dialogue sounded like a children's play with no break at 03:00.  Male announcer at 03:07 with string background music.  SINPO:3-2-1-2-2.   Target: Central America
