VOK signal crosstalk (XT)

Not sure if this is a parallel French language signal on the same 9335kHz @ 1500z or just a screw up at the VOK transmitter?

Ongoing again today 29 November 2015 @ 1600z on 9435kHz this time in an unknown language, can be heard as a weak echo of the music between broadcast pauses.

Problem solved thanks to a SDR receiver using ECSS-L mode, English on 9435kHz, Russian on 9425kHz
