1300Z 35433 S7 Music, starting off with their usual songs in the beginning followed by news & commentary in English and more music.

They've been coming in pretty decent as of late on 11710 and adequate on 9435. And the noise that was under their transmissions is much less (but not gone).

I got em! Good copy I'm listening now  13:20z and they're talking about the Worker's Party of Korea is putting out a book...and they're saying sumthing about "the final victory"!! Um.."statements of the Korean National Committee..."

"...the worker's party of Nepal..."

"The national council of the (??)...for the committee...

"The United States must not commit such an act.."

"And that's the end of the news for (??)...the Voice of Koh-ree-ar!"

music 13:25z. Kinda cool music actually. Nice choral harmony. I'm jammin!  ;D

•13:38z "the Koreans are going about with complete confidence in the Workers Party of Korea and its supreme leader Kim Jong-un!"

•13:46z they just introduced a song about the Workers Party of Korea...I heard every word but I can't remember it verbatim...about how glorious the Party is and how it's gr8 for everyone and everyone loves it!

I guess it's pretty glorious! Apparently VERY glorious. Glorious as all hell! Glory glory glory! Lord Kim Almighty! Maker of all that is seen and unseen! Glorious glorious glorious...

I made mention of this before, but for some reason VOK comes in best to North America in May. This is across all frequencies. You're more likely to hear beams intended for Europe and Asia this time of year than any other, not just those for the Americas.

Interestingly, I still have trouble with North Korea's other shortwave signals, although it's apparent that they're intended for regional broadcast for Northeast Asia only, probably intended for Koreans in China and Japan as well as the ROK and DPRK. I think that's in part due to the fact that many are very low frequency (2850, 3250, 3320, among others) while the one at 6400 is often buried by a STANAG signal.
