UNID beacon 4989 kHz

First post for me.

Last night, on 4989 kHz, at 0630z heard a string of dits. Very strong, S8 to S9+ here in Tucson. Any ideas?

Also heard another beacon on 4096 kHz around the same time, heavy QSB. S2 to nada. Chirpy signal.
