Transmitting on 15,180 KHZ in Spanish @ 03:36 UTC 17 June 2018 (22:36 CST Local 16 June 2018) .  Male announcer then music.  Heavy QRM at 03:39.  Lost signal completely at 03:40  (not surprising on 19 meter band at 10:40 pm local time).  SINPO:  2-3-2-3-2-
