OM talking about something.
0412 after listening for a while, it sounds like a ragchew between a couple of out banders. English speakers with American accents.

Checking the SDR recording for Wolverine earlier in the evening, and these guys were on when Wolverine signed off. In fact I could hear their voices a bit during the SSTV transmission.
