Not sure what this is. Very weak, OM and YL speaking, not sure what language, it does not sound like English. It's in the 48m Europirate band, but does not "sound" like a pirate.

Update: I think this is a spur from Cuba, sounds like the audio from 6060. Kwality Cuban Engineering strikes again.
