Excellent signal from New Smyrna Beach Fl, with Op musing about finding Lionel Hampton to play.

SIO 555 and great background on the tunes from the op who very much knows his jazz. Thank you Random Radio!

0110z: Same heard here in Gopher Stomp, Random Radio with older jazz/big band instrumentals and vocal songs, with commentary from Roderick Random.  "Brings us to... the end of another tragic episode of three songs from my iPod..."  (I might have misheard the word "tragic".)  Lionel Hampton, others named.  "The smoking lamp is lit, if you've got 'em smoke one for me."

Best signal I've ever heard from Random Radio - which is what I logged the last time a few days ago, but this was even stronger still.  Marred only by local crackling RFI, but otherwise very good.  Audio seems very good, but listening to my recording I had the VFO mistuned slightly so the very slight off-pitch sound is due to my own receiver, not the broadcast.
