11610 KHZ @ 21:10 UTC 5 Sept 18 (16:10 cdt local) in Chinese.  Y/F narrating items to 21:13 when O/M took over then back to the Y/F at 21:16.     Wonderful signal  (SINPO: 4+ 5 3 3 4) especially this time of day during a widespread, heavy rain at the RX site.
