Now using KIWI New Delhi to hear this wonderful station, which is among the last of the DX targets for SWLs.  Wondering if they
are 24 hours now?

Looks like this. Might have to do with upcoming National Assembly elections in mid September.

Best today and clearest so far, without near frequency stations, is via Twente.  They have had pop music,
what their schedule calls "English Music" through this afternoon eastern time U.S.
