Radio Free Manitoba via Northern Relay Service 6930 AM
« on: April 08, 2011, 0249 UTC »
4/8/11
6930 AM
0240z: Radio Free Manitoba (with phonetics Romeo Foxtrot Mike) via Northern Relay Service.  Sounds like fairly elaborate production with some sort of political commentary, doesn't sound like recent shows.  Very tough copy via Colorado remote tuner due to crashy conditions and fading.
0330z: Outdoors with barefoot Sony ICF-2010, able to copy clear RFM ID's, some extended monologue that I couldn't quite copy to get the gist of, seemed to be theme about personal choice, responsibilities, but not really sure.  Very crashy and fadey conditions tonight.
