I've been hearing it hear off and on through the noise starting around 0047 UTC, but the signal's gotten better in the past two minutes.

Update: The signal has slowly continued to get better after 0100 UTC. I can now clearly hear the music from across the room with little fading. Not bad reception, considering bad listening conditions here the past few days.
