Approx 1240z: I forgot to log any details this morning, but I did hear the sign-on and one other RRS ID (after receiving e-mail tip). Everything else was obscured by unusually heavy early morning local RFI here.  Carrier seemed reasonably steady and if I had a good outdoor antenna I'd have heard it clearly.
