Excellent signal with the usual North Korean music. I wonder how Uncle Kimmy increase the power for that and the "Jet Plane" noise jammer?

From 1415z 12 July 2018...using ECSS w/4kHz filter for a clean copy...YL reading at the noise level 1545z...fade out 1548z
