I caught TWR Africa in Swaziland at 1938-1950 UTC with programming in French aimed toward North Africa. The signal was weak with choppy distance fading, but low noise on that frequency made for almost fair reception.

At 1948 UTC, a hymn-like song played, then more talking over closing music and signoff at 1950 UTC.
