Show 21 on Oct 21 from 2100 to 2221 utc with a picture of the Doctor at the 21Club, no doubt.  Blackjack, Doctor! (For your sake, I hope the woman on the bottom row is 21) This must be a riddle awaiting a conspiracy theory.  I'll see you on "Coast to Coast" and raise you a Jackson and a buck  ;).
