Radio True North 6304.7 AM @ 0310

SIO = 323 with QSB. Band is noisy tonight. Still light here in Central California

0310 Unknown Song title.
0311 Live Mic ID with email and asking for reports on the web.
0311 into Dido "Here with me"
0315 "Planet Rock" remix of some sort.
0333 Aha "Take on me". Signal building as it gets darker, i'd call it a 423 with some noise still present. QSB still there too.
0408 Roy Ballard - "Voices" (Had to google that one =P) Still going pretty good. SIO still 423, band still noisy.
0415 Rush - "Tom Sawyer"

RX: TS-2000X Ant: G5RV at 24 feet in a vee facing north/south or 52 foot doublet at 27 feet in a vee facing east/west

Very weak, in and out of the noise.  "Rocket Man" at 0346, just enough copy to ID song.

ID via #pirateradio.

Thanks RTN!

Very nice signal via Pacific DX online tuner in WA.

5/7/11
6305 AM
0558z: Bo Diddley "Bo Diddley", heard Radio True North ID's, Glen Campbell "Wichita Lineman", some Joni Mitchell and other songs.
0603z: "Rubber Ball" (Bobby Vee?), RTN ID and e-mail contact info, Santana "Maria Maria"
0615z: RTN ID, The Cure "Just Like Heaven"
0735z: Sounded like RTN signing off with Chris Isaak "Wicked Game"

Thanks for the show!

Good signal and audio via Colorado remote tuner.  Too much local RFI at home to hear more than a carrier.

Looks like true DX conditions were good last night ("night" here in N. America).  Radio True North was heard well in Poland on 6305 AM at 0349z, per this audio recording: http://alexdx.wrzuta.pl/audio/8gDDqJyyINg/radio_true_north

That's cleaner copy than I was getting via various global tuners remotes around N. America, some of which have very good outdoor antennas.
