Decent signal at 2250 UTC, Brit DJ introducing next song, "Channel Z" recorded and spoken IDs.....'Stranded' by The Saints, then 'Your Generation" by Generation X.

Signal improving near 2300 as heard on NRD-515 with Wellbrook 1530

I wonder if they moved to 6960 because a Carrier showed up at 2315 then disappeared at 2316
