6925 USB SIO 222-323

Caught this on the recorder from Sat. night.....came on after the 2nd Blondie 'Rapture' broadcasts.  Fading was bad with signal at or under the noise floor at times, but gradually improved with tx.  Was able to get a clear ID as far as hearing the 'Whispery' part :) at sign off.  Program consisted of ethereal/spacey/synth type music.  This may have been what was reported as a UNID with 'tones' being heard - some of the synth music fit this description.
