Heard the tail end of this broadcast via Ascension at 2213-2215 UTC. I heard a male and female duo talking in presumed Pulaar in this religious broadcast aimed at Africa.

A fair signal, but with fading, some hiss and a slightly annoying combination of both a whistle and slight hum on the frequency. Sudden signoff right at 2215 UTC.

I went to the website for this station and didn't seen any overt connection to HCJB, even though it's listed that way on the shortwave listing websites.
