It's been a while due to iffy reception conditions in recent weeks, but I heard Radio Aparecida again at 2344-0007 UTC on Nov. 14/15, with a fair signal on 11855 kHz, though there was a fair amount of noise as well.

Lots of music until the top of the hour, when there was talking by both male and female announcers. Not great reception, but not bad considering its transmitter power.
