7250 KHZ @ 22;54 UTC 23 Nov 18 (16:54 CST local) in Spanish from the Central Asian Highlands targeting Southern Europe.  Soft music with male vocal to 23:00 with a break for station ID then news with a female announcer giving way to a male announcer at 23:15
