Dutch QSO 6385 AM 1544 utc 25 nov 2018
« on: November 25, 2018, 1553 UTC »
on 6384,9  very weak + peaks
1544 music, 1546 talking in Dutch (no music mixed, but not understood anything)
then more pops and talking, but fading down,
1551 canned IDs "this is ....", but the fades are becoming deeper and longer, 1552 pop

1554 now on 6385,0 not sure if it's still the same station, music and op talking
1558 bye-bye, off
- - - - -
1558 carrier one second later on 6384,9, music "Rawhide", 1600 talking in Dutch, mentions Zeewolf, but don't know if this is the ID of this or that station, stronger than the previous one, but fady too, 1604 ciao ciao?, music: yodl and accordion, 1606 a few words, off

Interesting. I do not hear Dutch stations doing a lot of "QSO-type" exchanges.

When I was in Italy I would listen to the Greek MW pirates occasionally and "roundtable QSOs" were a staple of their activity. Somebody would play a song and say something before or after the song then they would drop the carrier and someone else would pick it up and do the same thing.
Just somebody with a radio, a computer and a pair of headphones...

Not many Dutch QSO rounds on 48m these days, the short skip is too bad. Most are now in the 16xx kHz.
On 48m, I suspect the Dutch ops of listening the others  through web SDRs abroad.
