13740 KHZ 22:41 UTC 25 Nov 18 (16:41 cst local) O/M with narrative in Spanish re: "..multiple problems of national development on campus..."   Strong, bass-saturated signal without the usual fade irritant.  Nice to hear the majority of an RHC broadcast without interruption for a change.
