15370 KHZ @ 21:22 UTC 13 Dec 18 (15:22 cst local)  in French with male announcer with Conversation re: "...friends and families complexities found amount certain pharmaceutical specialties..."     ID @ 21:22  Great signal... best I've heard out of Bauta in a year.  Switched to Spanish targeting Caribbean  at 21:30 with another ID.
