Would i be able to get Cosmos frequencies with my bearcat scanner, or do i need a vertical antenna to pick it up?

Lol when they're around you'll have a hard time keeping them out of your scanner no matter what orientation. I suspect they're best received with circular polarisation, but anything will do.
